This page explains how the KPN FOTA application works and how to use it most effectively.

It has been specifically developed as a reference guide for you. If you're ever unsure about the function of a particular feature in the application, you're in the right place! The structure of this website mirrors the navigation bar in your own FOTA application environment, making it easy for you to quickly find what you're looking for. Deze website is speciaal ontwikkeld voor u als naslagwerk voor de applicatie. Als u even niet meer weet wat bepaalde functies in de applicatie doen, dan bent u hier op de juiste plek!

De structuur van deze website is gelijk aan de navigatiebalk in uw eigen omgeving in de FOTA applicatie. Dit maakt het makkelijk voor u om snel te vinden waar u naar op zoek bent. In de verschillende pagina's wordt gebruik gemaakt van afbeeldingen om de uitleg te ondersteunen. Als een afbeelding te klein is om te bekijken, kunt u op de afbeelding klikken om deze te vergroten.

Users

You can log in to FOTA using your Things Portal account and GRIP. Please note that not all Things users automatically have access to the FOTA application. An additional authorization is required, which must be requested from KPN via a standard Request. To do so, please contact your KPN representative. U kunt inloggen op FOTA met uw things portal account en GRIP. Niet alle Things gebruikers hebben automatisch toegang tot de FOTA applicatie. U heeft een extra authorisatie nodig, die u moet aanvragen bij KPN middels een standaard Request. Neem hiervoor contact op met uw contactpersoon bij KPN.
